What is a tax credit?
The Arizona legislature enacted a law in 1997 (effective 1998 tax year) allowing individual taxpayers an Arizona income tax credit up to $500 (single and head of household) or $1,000 (married filing joint) for donations to a private school tuition organization, such as the New Valley Education Partnership (NVEP) for Tesseract School Every donation to the Tesseract Scholarship Fund must be given to students for tuition aid. A student must apply directly to Tesseract School for tuition aid.

Before December 31, 2009
How does this benefit Tesseract?
Your contribution to the Tesseract Scholarship Fund supports scholarships for our students and their families.
How do I make a contribution?
By making your check out to the New Valley Education Partnership or
NVEP - Tesseract School, you will receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on your Arizona state taxes of up to $500 for a taxpayer filing as Single or Head of household and up to $1,000 for a married couple filing a joint return.
