TESSERACT SCHOOL HOSTS DARTMOUTH, HARVARD, MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, PRINCETON, UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA AND YALE FOR COLLEGE ADMISSIONS EVENT

Phoenix, AZ—September 13, 2011— On Monday, September 26 at 7:00 p.m., Tesseract will host a “Selective Colleges Admissions Panel” at its middle and high school campus. Representatives from, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania and Yale University will participate in the panel discussion moderated by Dr. Chris LaBonte, Tesseract School’s director of high school.

Open to all Valley families, the panel discussion is targeted at students who are looking to apply to highly selective colleges and universities. Panelists will discuss what the institutions they represent look for in their applicants and how prospective applicants can become strong candidates by maximizing their high school years.

“This is the fourth year we have hosted this college admissions event,” said Nigel Taplin, Tesseract’s head of school. “The panel discussion and the question and answer session provide students and parents with a fantastic opportunity to hear what representatives from top universities and colleges have to share about their admissions processes.”

The panel will be held at Tesseract School’s middle and high school campus, located at 3939 East Shea Boulevard, Phoenix, Arizona. To RSVP or for more information visit www.tesseractschool.org or contact Scott Salk at 480.385.3673.
