NEW MEMBER APPOINTED TO
TESSERACT SCHOOL BOARD OF TRUSTEES

PARADISE VALLEY, ARIZONA—January 5, 2010—Tesseract School announced today that Jack W. Hannum has been appointed to serve as a member of the board of trustees of Tesseract School.

“I am very pleased to be on the board for this exceptional school,” said Hannum. “Both of our children attend Tesseract and absolutely love it. With the school’s student-centered approach and innovative curriculum, my wife and I find they are really thriving.”

Hannum, vice president of investment sales for Transwestern, has served on Tesseract’s Finance Committee and as a Parent Ambassador.

“We are all thrilled that Jack is now a member of the board,” said Nigel Taplin, Tesseract’s head of school. “Through his work on our Finance Committee, he has demonstrated not only his expertise in finance, but his passion and commitment to the growth and development of Tesseract. We look forward to working with him in this new role.”

Hannum holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Northridge in business administration with an emphasis in finance. Previously Hannum served as senior vice president of investment sales for CB Richard Ellis, financial analyst for LJ Melody, senior consultant for CB Richard Ellis, associate engineer for Lockheed Martin and operations specialist second class (E-5) for the U.S. Navy.
