KIM HOCHSCHULER APPOINTED TO
TESSERACT SCHOOL BOARD OF TRUSTEES
PARADISE VALLEY, ARIZONA—August 9, 2011—Tesseract School announced today that Kim Hochschuler has been appointed to serve as a member of the board of trustees for Tesseract School.
“Our family has been at Tesseract for more than three years now. The school’s educators are dedicated individuals who work together and make learning truly come to life for the students,” said Hochschuler. “The opportunities and experiences all Tesseract students have, from the class trips and guest speakers to integrated grade-level projects, are incredibly engaging and provide students with a sense of ownership for their education. I enjoy being able to support this outstanding school in many different ways.”
Hochschuler has been an active member of the Tesseract School community, serving as chair for the New Valley Education Partners (NVEP)-Tesseract School—Arizona Private School Tax Credit Program, representing Tesseract on the NVEP board, being a member-at-large on the Tesseract Parents’ Association (TPA), and serving on the Tesseract-NVEP committee for the middle and high school campus as well as the development committee, and participating in the annual high school garage sale to help Tesseract’s high school students raise funds to help offset costs for the high school class trips.
“Kim’s enthusiasm and involvement at Tesseract has been a great gift,” said Nigel Taplin, Tesseract’s head of school. “We look forward to her continued support and are so pleased to have her as a member of the board.”
